I would like to suggest that we don't put the scrolling bar at the top at the forum for those who are RPing with dial up.

maybe get a few games up, to get people to be more soical could work?

Yeaah that is a good idea, that is for us users of the site to do though, that has nothing to do with the MOD's or Admins.

We could add more usergroups...ones that all the members can join like maybe element usergroups sons of erbus, a dark daughters and sons group that everyone can join or maybe fledglings usergroups (blue or red) Sorry its just a thought.

we should try and create a custom background...I could have done it before but atm this comp can barely stand being on the net...and I wont be able to do anything till atleast a month...but I could try after I get a good comp...or if I could get on a better comp...

I've got a background I've tried to put up that works on simple mode but isn't working on the advanced for some reason, and the site is set up on the advanced...

I would help but I cant do much on this comp and I'm not an admin...so theres nothing really I can do...even if I was admin this comp can barely handlethe net...what exactly are you doing, like how do u set it up? maybe I could understand what u are trying to do and see if I can help...I know the admin panel like the back of my hand

So do I ... I have been working on my site like a mad woman ... I could help youu guys too!! Just let me know if youu would like my help. Oh the Admin board is working on my site ... Sometimes Niceboards has glitches for certain users at certain times.

I was thinking... How about having more obvious recognition for winners of contests.
For example, for fan-art contests, you can have the winner's name posted somewhere like the top of the page or something so that everyone will be able to see.
Competitiveness will make people more active, and hence warm up the site.

we just need to talk between us admins and mods to see what we can do for that..we will probably have a Hall of Fame for the winners..and maybe some oher things..we just need to talk.
